Air fryer salmon with healthy honey mustard is a delicious and nutritious dish that combines the natural flavors of salmon with the tangy sweetness of honey mustard.

This speedy meal features a sauce that’s perfect for storing and reusing! This rendition of Honey Mustard is not only wholesome, thanks to the inclusion of Greek Yogurt, but it also offers a substantial protein boost.


You will need (2) 6-ounce portions of Fish Fixe Salmon 

Make it a Power Bowl!

  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Cooked rice

Healthy Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 1 c of Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp honey (or use hot honey for added spice)
  • 4 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 tsp Chili Garlic, optional


  1. Thaw and prep the Fish Fixe Salmon according to package instructions
  2. Season both sides of the Salmon with Fish Fixe Bold Seasoning
  3. If making a power bowl, cut the vegetables into bite size pieces, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Cook white rice if you desire
  5. Pre-heat your air fryer to 400º
  6. Cook the Salmon along with the vegetables for 8 minutes
  7. Combine all ingredients for the Healthy Honey Mustard Sauce
  8. Stir until well combined
  9. Plate the salmon and vegetables, top with Healthy Honey Mustard and enjoy!
