Ya’ll don’t get it wrong, this dish won’t get your drunk, but it’ll get you buzzed…off deliciousness.  That bottle of wine on the side will do the trick though ;-)

This is a great Friday dish when you’re sick of making elaborate meals, or just making meals in general and your take-out budget is tapped.  Shrimp, pasta, wine – you can’t go wrong.

Serve as an appetizer with toasted french bread, or as listed below, flavorful shrimp on a bed of angel hair.

The key to great shrimp is to cook it with the tails on, and once complete, remove and discard the tails.  The tails add an extra level of flavor when cooked.  Also, shrimp cooks quickly, so be sure to only cook your shrimp 2-3 minutes per side.  This will achieve a perfect dish.

Shrimp is incredibly versatile and can be seared, speared for a kabob, and boiled.  It packs a serious punch of vitamins and minerals including selenium, choline, and vitamin B12. It also contains good amounts of niacin, zinc, vitamin E, and vitamin B6. What’s more, shrimp contain antioxidants like astaxanthin, which reduces inflammation.

You will need (2-3) 6 ounce portions of Fish Fixe Shrimp

  9. Remove shrimp after 2 minutes and set aside
