Poke Sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1-2 tsp. red pepper flakes
⅓ cup green onion sliced thin and chopped
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Minced garlic to taste
Ginger to taste
Sriracha Mayo:
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt to taste
Protein/Rice/Veggies:
(2) Salmon (diced uniformly)
2 cup Cauliflower Rice (or sub brown/jasmine/sushi rice)
Vegetables of your choice (diced avocado, cherry tomato, sprouts, shaved carrots, diced cucumber, edamame)
