Pan Seared Cobia with Pineapple Salsa + Jasmine Rice

You will need (2) 6 oz. portions of Fish Fixe Cobia

Spice Rub

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika


  1. Thaw and prep Cobia according to package instructions
  2. Dry Cobia thoroughly
  3. Coat entire portion with spice rub
  4. Bring pan to medium high heat with Avocado Oil
  5. Place Cobia in pan for 4-5 minutes per side
  6. Finish with a squeeze of lime
  7. Plate with Thai Jasmine Rice
  8. Sprinkle rice with spice rub and a squeeze of lime
  9. Add a scoop of Pineapple salsa
