Spicy Tahini Shrimp and Broccoli with Noodles

Spicy Shrimp and Broccoli Tahini Noodles are perfectly sweet and spicy with crispy broccoli that takes just 10-15 minutes to make for the perfect weeknight dinner!

This dish is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, making it a healthy dinner option for any day of the week. The creamy, nutty flavor of the tahini sauce feels elevated and can be paired with a variety of proteins and vegetables.

Don’t be afraid to throw in snow peas, peppers, mushrooms and more.

Ingredients

You will need (2) 6-ounce portions of Fish Fixe Shrimp

Tahini Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce 
  • ⅓ c tahini 
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped 
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sambal oelek chili paste 
  • Water to thin out the sauce 

Stir Fry

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Avocado Oil
  • Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 Red Onion, julienned
  • Stir fry noodles, we used KA-ME
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Thaw and prep the Fish Fixe Shrimp according to the package instructions
  2. Pat the shrimp reely dry, and remove shrimp tails
  3. Season the shrimp with Fish Fixe Original Seasoning and set aside
  4. Cook the noodles and set aside
  5. Bring a cast iron pan to high heat, coat the bottom of the pain with avocado oil
  6. Add broccoli and red onion to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes
  7. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the vegetables and move them to the outside of the pan
  8. Add the shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side
  9. Turn down the heat and add carrot strips
  10. Add tahini sauce, start with a couple tablespoons and add to your desire
  11. Fold everything together until it is well combined
  12. Plate with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes on top
